Astute Beta Server Not Connecting in Your Region? Network Checks
If the app or its download page won’t load where you live, the cause is usually your network, an outdated version, or a server problem. A few simple checks can tell you which. This page doesn’t give instructions for getting around blocks.
Is it really a regional block?

| Fails on your home Wi-Fi but works on mobile data (or the reverse) | Your ISP or network |
| Fails everywhere in your area for many players | Provider or country-level block |
| Fails everywhere, including other countries’ players | Server issue, not region |
| Download page won’t load | Site blocked by your network |
Things to try first
- Switch networks. Compare Wi-Fi with mobile data.
- Update the app. An outdated version can fail to connect. See How to update.
- Check the date and time. Set them to automatic.
- Restart your phone and router.
- Try again later. Outages and throttling can be temporary. See Server down or full.
- Check for a local connection problem. If other online apps also fail, the issue is your internet, not Astute.
A note on restrictions
If a network, country, or service restricts access to an app or site, that restriction may be set by your provider, local rules, or the service itself. We don’t provide guidance on bypassing it. Using tools to get around restrictions may breach Garena’s terms, your provider’s terms, or local rules, and it adds account risk. See account ban risk.
