How to Install Astute Beta Server APK on Android

Installing Astute Beta Server takes about five minutes: download the APK, allow your browser to install unknown apps, tap Install, then log in as a guest. The app isn’t on Google Play, so the file checks below matter.

What you need

An Android phone running Android 5.0 or later
About 1.5 GB of free storage (the file is about 547 MB, and the app needs more room to install and run)
A stable Wi-Fi connection for the download
A guest account plan. Don’t use your main Free Fire account. See account ban risk

Step 1: Download the APK

Go to the download page and tap the download button. The download may open a file-host page first. Let it load fully and use the main download button on that page.

Step 2: Check the file

Before you open it, check:

Size: close to 547 MB. A much smaller file is incomplete. Delete it and download again.
Type: it should end in .apk, not .zip.
Source: it came from the download page, not a re-upload.

Step 3: Allow unknown apps

Android blocks installs from outside Google Play until you allow them.

When Android shows the prompt, tap Settings.
Switch on Allow from this source for the browser or file manager you used.

On some phones, the path is Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps. Give this permission only to the app you downloaded with.

Step 4: Install the APK

Open the file from your Downloads folder.
Tap Install.
If Play Protect shows a warning, read it. Only continue if the file came from the download page.
Wait for the installation to finish and tap Open.

Step 5: Log in as a guest and activate

Choose Guest account.
Note the UID on screen.
Follow the in-app prompts to register and sync your ID.
Reopen the app and log in again.

Step 6: Switch off unknown app installs

After installing, go back to the same setting and switch Allow from this source off for your browser or file manager. This keeps other APKs from being installed by accident.
